Its founder, Paul van Hoof, has advised and negotiated with the European Commission and EU member states on medicines and vaccines, and played a key role in shaping strategic positions and advocacy efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. His extensive international network spans the biopharmaceutical industry, civil society organizations, healthcare policy NGOs, regulatory authorities, and patient advocacy groups.
